Paper piecing progress

I’m really enjoying my paper piecing.

There is definitely something about sitting down for an hour at the end of a computer malfunctioning day with a needle and thread.

These are about finished now and my Flexi Frames arrived in the post yesterday so I can complete my Liberty hexie glasses cases tomorrow.
I’ve promised myself a sewing weekend.

Happy Friday!

About lovelucie1

I cannot sit without something in my hands to sew, crochet, sketch etc. This becoming something of an addiction. In fact, I start to get twitchy if I am stationary somewhere, waiting for an appointment, waiting for my daughter, away with work, without some project to keep my hands busy. Minutes wasted make me anxious. This blog logs my progress to raise funds through my creations to feed my textile habbit.

Looks good. Did you check out the glue pen. They are awesome. Jo x

    • Yes, I did. Still torn between the old fashioned way and the speedy way! I’ve also discovered pre cut wash away paper hexies. I like the sound of them as they would be useful to help keep the form of the hexagon when appliqueing onto something else.
But where do you draw the line????
